Kick off the day with a warm welcome and an introduction to our agenda. Get ready to connect with like-minded individuals and set intentions for the event.

90-Minute Special Pilates Session
Dive into a 90-minute Pilates class designed to strengthen your body and improve your flexibility. This specially curated session will focus on core stability and mindful movements, suitable for all levels.

30-Minute Meditation
Transition into a serene meditation session that allows you to unwind and find inner peace. Guided by an experienced instructor, this practice will help you center your thoughts and enhance your overall mindfulness.

Matcha & Flowers Workshop
Continue with a creative workshop where you’ll learn the art of making the perfect Matcha and explore floral arrangements. Engage your senses as you discover the benefits of Matcha while creating a beautiful flower bouquet to take home.

Create your Vision Board

We will provide you with a board and utensils to create your perfect vision for 2025. Bring your 24 pictures printed in the format: 10x10cm.
